Raynham Estate Parkland Restoration Project: First Phase Nearing Completion

The first phase of our Parkland Restoration Project is nearly complete, with over 150 acres of land restored to its historic parkland setting and nearly 4,500 native trees planted. This effort has been crucial in reinstating the natural beauty of the estate.
We are now beginning the next phase, which involves the dredging of the lake. Over the coming weeks, bunds and weirs will be constructed to collect the dredged silt once the dredging begins.
The final phase, scheduled for later this year, will focus on further restoration of the lake edge, helping to revive one of Norfolk’s oldest hand-built lakes. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project!
