Ragged Robin is deep pink in colour. In Shakespearian time, it was known as Crowflower and is noted as one of the flowers in Ophelia’s “garland”.
It is said to symbolise ardour and wit. Ragged Robin is particularly attractive to long tongued bees.

Do the yurts have power and lighting?
Yes. We have two mains sockets in each yurt, bedside lamps and also USB charging ports to charge your mobile devices. Additionally there are mains sockets in the covered, communal seating area which will take most normal appliances.
Do the yurts have WIFI?
No, WIFI is not available however there is 4G telephone coverage for most networks.
What is the max capacity of a yurt?
Bee Orchid, Foxglove and Shepherd’s Purse can sleep up to 4 people (1 Super king + 2 singles). Ragged Robin, Corncockle, Clover, Poppy and Forget-Me-Not sleep up to 5 people (1 Super king + 3 singles).
Can I bring my dog with me?
Dogs are welcome in Poppy, Forget-Me-Not and Corncockle for an additional fee of £35 per dog, per stay. Please choose this yurt when booking. Dogs must be kept on leads around the site, and are not allowed in the communal kitchen please.
What do we need to bring with us?
Please bring your own towels, torches and toiletries. All bedding is provided and each yurt comes with crockery, cutlery and utensils, including its own BBQ.
How do you know how many beds we need?
At point of booking you will be asked how many people are in your party, we will then set the Yurt up accordingly. Our pricing differs very slightly depending on the number of people in the Yurt.
