A bespoke grill and wood-fired pizza oven, designed exclusively for Raynham, give The Copse its signature flame-grilled character, ensuring every dish is both memorable and unique. Throughout the year, The Copse hosts an evolving programme of pop-up dining events, welcoming renowned chefs, innovative food concepts and seasonal feasts. Each event showcases the finest local produce, including Raynham’s own grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef, alongside ingredients sourced from trusted regional producers.
This August, The Copse welcomes SmithsOnion Norfolk for a celebration of Beef and Burgundy. Daytime offerings will feature relaxed, drop-in dining with generous big-pan cooking and exceptional burgers. As evening falls, the atmosphere transforms, with a refined focus on Raynham beef paired with outstanding Burgundy wines — turning The Copse into Norfolk’s most captivating open-air bistro.

- Due to the open kitchen, dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant (assistance dogs accepted).
