The Copse is an exclusive private dining venue on the historic Raynham Estate. Surrounded by ancient woodland and open parkland, it offers seasonal menus that highlight the estate’s grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef alongside ingredients sourced from trusted local producers.

At its heart is an open kitchen, a theatre for our chefs to bring fire and flavour to every dish. Our bespoke grill and wood-fired pizza oven, designed especially for Raynham, give The Copse its distinctive flame-grilled character and make every meal a unique experience.

This is not a public restaurant. All visits are by reservation only. Whether joining us for Sunday lunch or the Raynham Secret Supper Club, every gathering is a carefully hosted, intimate experience rooted in provenance, simplicity and a deep connection to the land.

We’re happy to accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice.
If you are pescatarian, a vegetarian menu will be provided.
While we do not mill or produce flour onsite, we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment for Coeliac guests.
The Copse operates by reservation only; walk-ins are not permitted.
Due to the open kitchen, dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant (assistance dogs accepted).
