This August, SmithsOnion Norfolk will be joining us at The Copse for a relaxed summer pop-up celebrating Raynham beef, local produce, exceptional burgers and carefully chosen wines.
 
During the day, guests can drop in for big-pan cooking and freshly made burgers. In the evening, The Copse will be transformed into an intimate Norfolk bistro, with Raynham beef at the heart of the menu, served alongside fine Burgundy and locally brewed beers.
 
Behind the pop-up are Kit Smith and Alan Bird, who bring together decades of experience across butchery, hospitality, events, fish and meat supply, and restaurant consultancy. Having first worked together more than 15 years ago, Kit and Alan now combine their expertise to create generous, produce-led food experiences with a strong sense of place.
